Conduct and personal responsibility

By applying and, if invited, participating, you agree to:

  • Treat residents, families, venue staff, other musicians, and ChamberReach representatives respectfully and follow reasonable safety, scheduling, and venue instructions.
  • Protect residents’ dignity and privacy. Do not photograph, record, or share identifying information about a resident without express permission from the venue and the person involved.
  • Take responsibility for your own choices and conduct, including misconduct, unlawful acts, intentional harm, or property damage that you cause.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChamberReach is not responsible for a performer’s personal or independent acts or omissions, including misconduct, unlawful behavior, intentional harm, unauthorized conduct, or property damage caused by the performer. The performer remains responsible for those acts and their consequences.
  • Understand that ChamberReach may end or deny participation and may report serious misconduct to a venue, guardian, or appropriate authority.

This limitation does not excuse ChamberReach from responsibility for its own acts or omissions, or waive any right or duty that cannot legally be waived. Responsibility is determined under applicable law.
